Shipping and Returns

 

SHIPPING

GSC Shopping ships to all residential and commercial addresses in the Contiguous U.S. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

We do our very best to ship orders within 24 business hours after your order has been placed. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which generally takes between 2-3 business days for delivery. We offer FREE shipping for orders over $49 in the contiguous U.S. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

 

RETURN POLICY

At GSC Shopping, we are committed to providing our customers with the best online shopping experience possible. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We will gladly accept return items providing the product is returned in the original packaging and is in sellable condition within 30 days from the date of purchase listed on the invoice. We cannot accept returns where the item has been opened or used, unless it is damaged or defective.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds on personal use products for any reason.

If you experience problems with your items, simply email us at support@gscshopping.com within 30 days from the date of purchase listed on the invoice to request an RMA number and the return mailing address.

Please note your RMA number on the original receipt that we include with every gscshopping.com order and include this receipt in the box along with the item you are returning. We can only offer a return on items purchased directly through gscshopping.com and that were purchased in the last 30 days.

Returns made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds consist of the purchase price paid to GSC Shopping, less any initial shipping charges. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment after we receive your returned item.

We provide free return shipping if you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective item.
